Have I told you I LoVe to travel? Like, to the point of borderline obsession… just a couple days ago, I came across an amazing beach/ocean picture on Pinterest, & proceeded to turn the computer towards my husband’s direction. “See these are the kinds of places that make me want to take a second full time job to afford” I told him.
When most people wish they were millionaires to have a giant house or that perfect car, all I can dream of is traveling the world. I wish to see all kinds of places, from Australia to Zimbabwe. Although I haven’t been out of the U.S. yet, I do consider myself a very lucky girl. I have a MIL & SIL in California, and I have seen my fair share of Tennessee & Kentucky thanks to my grandpa’s heritage. My slight obsession could be partially do to my uncle, who use to be in the military.. hence lots of travel. My grandma, grandpa, & I went to visit him, my aunt, and my two cousins in: Montana, Washington, & Oregon when I was still a “young pup”. Ever since I am kinda an addict. So that same family side asked us to visit them in Alaska, I made it my personal goal to go at least once. That trip ended up being our “babymoon” purely on coincidence. I was 3 months pregnant, but still had a wonderful time. It has to be one of the most beautiful places on Earth {I am just guessing, since I haven’t been out of the good ole’ U.S.A.} The nature is indescribable, and I know that sounds a little cliché, but it is so true. As I tell everyone, pictures can not show you such beauty.
That being said, here are a few pics that I stumbled across. They are how I remember Alaska.
A mural on the side of a huge building downtown.
Colorful houses across the street.
Reindeer outback of Wildberry Farms.
Most adorable baby shoes EVER.
I've always wanted to visit Alaska.. so beautiful!
