Here are the centerpieces for the other baby shower I went to. I really wish I would have taken pictures of all the diaper cakes. Every single one of them were different. The one I was sitting in front of, there were two ‘NUK’ food-mesh-spoons crisscrossed on the top. Again, wish I would have taken pictures. I was running around visiting with family, and didn’t have the camera enough. But, the point is, all of them were very cute.

I believe every year with my girls gets better and better! Being a mom is so wonderful, but it seems as they get older it gets better. <3
We went to Whole Foods for a free coffee, flower, & mini pastries. It was lovely, and while we walked about, they had beautiful bouquets in Mason jars, & I had to have one! So I came home, pulled out one of my Mason jars, and started to walk the perimeter of my house. I feel like I came up with a good combo, don’t you? I wanted to put a yellow tiger lilly in there too, but held back. My husband came home later and brought me some white roses too. I love it!
I normally do not like to use pictures that are not mine, or that I can not give photo credits to, but I am in LOVE with this garden!
Would anyone out there like to dig my backyard for me? I can’t believe how amazing the detail is on this garden! I think I have a section that I could recreate something similar, but how do I keep those darn bunnies away from something like this?! I also have been contemplating how much I want to do in my garden this year. If I am going to Europe for three weeks, how much attention is a garden going to get? hmmmm…
Wishing I could be in a cute little chair like this. Maybe getting a great new do, I could use one, and a chair massage while we are at it. Another snow on it’s way, and we are into March now! Calgon take me away….
At least this cute little girl is by my side, making me smile. I can’t believe that she is reading to me! Just 5 and a half years ago, she was on this very couch cooing to me!
Now despite the fact that these fixtures are Huge, I still want them! Not exactly sure what I would do with them, but are they not lovely? The color, and the architecture of them are phenomenal. Where did I stop these beauties your might be asking?! At one of my local libraries… one that I obviously hadn’t been to before this past weekend. I think I was missing out, what do you think?
These too were hanging in the foyer. I think they look like fluffy clouds on the ceiling. These I was most impressed with because I believe I could make a version of.
See what I mean? In this picture you can tell a bit better that a smaller version is feasible. To begin with, I believe you would need a hola-hoop and some white satin. These did not have lights inside, but if I were to make one, I would make it closer to the ceiling and put Christmas lights under it. SO what do you think? Worth while project or not? I know a little girl who has a nature themed bedroom, and might like some “clouds” in it :)
When it comes to home decoration, I am sure most of you out there can agree that your “significant other” doesn’t have much of an opinion on the matter. In my house? Not the case. Most women would cheer at their “other” would have an opinion right? Well, while I like the fact that my husband cares what belongs and doesn’t belong in our house, our design styles do not mesh up! I haven’t got his nailed down quite yet, but if I could just get five minutes of undivided attention, we could change that!
